If your order arrives incorrect or you are unhappy with your order, all unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a shipping label issued by us! Refunds will only be given once we have received our product back. Refunds may also be given for missing/undelivered orders once a shipping claim has been filed through Shopify.

CRAFT & PROCESS
The biggest technical challenge in making a “perfect” tip (ours our never perfect! As they’re hand made) would be that not all colors are the same coefficient (or COE, as we like to call it) so they don’t always melt at the same rate, especially during the polishing process. That’s also why some hole sizes may vary.
ABOUT US
We are a small mom and pop team of two. Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, all our tips are made from our love of the art. We saw that tips were an affordable way for people to own “heady” glass art. We wanted to provide the community with not only the most hole configurations, but most affordable and collectible pieces of glass art.
@billyboyglass has been honing his craft with production work for more than 10 years, he’s developed various skills in the art of boro as well as quartz work.
@errlmilio never thought her love of pop culture would play into her art so much. She enjoys seeing people connect with not only the colors but the names she gives them. Our combined love of nostalgia makes for something small that truly speaks to so many.
